The curved LED screen for H&M × ICONSIAM was fabricated from scratch. Custom steel frames were engineered and assembled at our workshop — every curve calculated, every joint welded to specification.
The full screen was then assembled and tested with live content outside the site. Every pixel verified. Every cable run confirmed. Nothing left to chance before installation day.
The screen was ready. What came next was the site.
To ensure the curved cabinet would sit exactly against the wall, we printed precise paper templates tracing the full curve of the cabinet base. Placed on site, laid flat across the floor — every millimeter mapped before a single bolt was turned.
The floor was then marked from the paper. A perfect blueprint transferred directly to the site.
And still — when the screen arrived, the wall didn't match.
On site, the dimensions didn't match the drawings. The walls — as they exist in reality — were not the walls on paper. The curved cabinets couldn't meet the structure.
In construction, this happens. What isn't common is what happened next.
We cut the cabinets and reconfigured the module layout on site to fit the actual wall.
Halfway through installation, H&M changed the entire screen size. Not adjusted — changed. While the team was on ladders, inside a live construction site with a fixed handover date.
We coordinated new modules. Arranged additional structural support. Worked with the GC to open new wall cutouts. Reconfigured every module address, every panel mapping, every cable run — from scratch.
Every module re-addressed. Every cable re-run. Every constraint met with a solution, not an excuse.
